Ab 2027 wird es ernst: Das Statistische Bundesamt stellt die Einreichung der Intrastat-Meldungen verpflichtend auf das neue .core-Verfahren um.

Für Nutzer gibt es hierzu nun erfreuliche Neuigkeiten , denn die Anpassung in der "Sage 100" steht deutlich früher als ursprünglich geplant zur Verfügung.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen dem alten IDEV- und dem neuen .core-Verfahren?

Bisher erfolgte die Meldung über das IDEV-Verfahren (Internet-Datenerhebung im Verbund). Dieser Prozess basierte maßgeblich auf manuellen Arbeitsschritten und älteren Dateiformaten.

Das neue .core-Verfahren (eSTATISTIK.core) modernisiert und automatisiert diesen Datenaustausch grundlegend auf das XML-Format.

Der Datenaustausch mit der amtlichen Statistik erfolgt dadurch systemintegriert und deutlich standardisierter.

Da das alte IDEV-Verfahren in der Übergangszeit aktuell weiterhin genutzt werden kann , sah der ursprüngliche Planungsstand von Sage vor , die technische Umstellung auf eSTATISTIK.core erst im Rahmen des kommenden Service Packs 9.0.12 im Spätsommer oder Herbst dieses Jahres auszuliefern.

Aus der Anwenderschaft war jedoch der deutliche Wunsch für Sage erkennbar , frühzeitiger auf den neueren Prozess umzustellen.

Aufgrund dieses starken Interesses hatte Sage die Entwicklungspriorität kurzerhand geändert und die Veröffentlichung vorgezogen.

Bedeutung für die Praxis

Die vollständige Anpassung an das .core-Verfahren wurde bereits in den aktuellen Hotfix-Stand 9.0.11.2 integriert (genauer: Version 9.0.11.2.x Stand 15.06.2026, R866).

Wer seine Systeme auf diesem Versionsstand betreibt , kann das neue Meldeverfahren mit dem neuen Datenformat nutzen.

Things get serious from 2027: the Federal Statistical Office is making the submission of Intrastat declarations mandatory via the new .core procedure.

For users, there is now good news in this regard , because the adjustment in "Sage 100" is available significantly earlier than originally planned.

What is the difference between the old IDEV procedure and the new .core procedure?

Previously , the declaration was made via the IDEV procedure (Internet Data Collection in a Network).

This process was largely based on manual work steps and older file formats.

The new .core procedure (eSTATISTIK.core) fundamentally modernises and automates this data exchange to the XML format.

The data exchange with the official statistics thus becomes system-integrated and significantly more standardised.

Since the old IDEV procedure can currently still be used during the transition period , the original planning by Sage intended to deliver the technical switch to eSTATISTIK.core only as part of the upcoming Service Pack 9.0.12 in the late summer or autumn of this year.

However, a clear desire from the user base was apparent to Sage , to switch to the newer process earlier.

Because of this strong interest, Sage quickly changed the development priority and brought the release forward.

Meaning in practice

The complete adaptation to the .core procedure has already been integrated into the current hotfix level 9.0.11.2 (more precisely: version 9.0.11.2.x as of 15.06.2026, R866).

Anyone who runs their systems on this version level , can use the new reporting procedure with the new data format.
