Hintergrund / Situation
Beim Drucken treten Meldungen wie die folgende auf:
Die Datei file:...(Schriftart).ttf entspricht nicht der erwarteten Dateiformatspezifikation.
Ursache
Diese Meldung kann in der Sage 100 beim Drucken auftauchen (häufig bei Verwendung der Schriftart "Calibri").
Hintergrund: Sage druckt mit StimulSoft und MS-Windows-Funktionalitäten und diese Meldung scheint im Zusammenhang mit den letzten Windows-Updates zu stehen.
Microsoft ist die Problematik bereits bekannt, es gibt aber hierzu noch keinen Lösungsansatz.

Mögliche Workarounds
Alternative Schriftart benutzen.
Speichern der Datei als PDF (keine Ausgabe über Drucken).
Die generierte PDF lässt sich dann problemlos drucken.
Rollback Microsoft Update 5120708 bzw. 5120710. Die Updates vom 11. August 2026 für Windows 11, Version 25H2 und Version 24H2, und das Microsoft-Serverbetriebssystem 24H2 enthält Sicherheits- und kumulative Zuverlässigkeitsverbesserungen in .NET Framework 3.5 und 4.8.1.

Background / Situation
When printing, messages such as the following appear:
file: (font type).TTF' file does not conform to the expected file format specification.
Cause
This message can appear when printing in Sage 100 (frequently when using the "Calibri" font).
Background: Sage prints using Stimulsoft and MS Windows functionalities, and this message appears to be related to the recent Windows updates.
Microsoft is already aware of the problem, but there is currently no solution available for it.

Possible Workarounds
Use an alternative font.
Save the file as a PDF (no output via printing). The generated PDF can then be printed without any issues.
Roll back Microsoft Update 5120708 or 5120710. The update from 11 August 2026 for Windows 11, version 25H2 and version 24H2, and the Microsoft server operating system 24H2 contains security and cumulative reliability improvements in .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1.
